Evening, Saturday-afternoon and Sunday handovers can be arranged at the airport, subject to availability. Office hours (Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:00pm; Sat 9:00am–12:00pm) apply to the office and general enquiries, not airport handovers. The exact handover time is confirmed in writing when your booking is arranged. The Piarco meeting point, waiting time, flight-delay handling and airport fees are confirmed with your quote. No airport rental counter or concession is implied.
