Enquiry and confirmation
Sending a form or WhatsApp message starts an enquiry only. Daily rates, security deposits and minimum rental periods are listed on the vehicles page. Vehicle availability, condition, pickup and return arrangements, and the full rental terms are confirmed with you in writing.
Requirements and payment
The driver must be over 25 years old with at least 2 years' driving experience. Two forms of ID, a recent utility bill showing the driver's residential address, and emergency contact details are required. Card payments are preferred and Linx is also accepted; payment is handled directly with the team.
Security deposit
The security deposit depends on the vehicle and is listed with each daily rate. It is refunded when the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
Terms to confirm
Insurance coverage and excess, mileage limits, fuel policy, late-return charges, additional-driver charges, and cancellation and refund terms are confirmed with your quote. Please ask the team to clarify any term before you decide.
Airport pickup and drop-off
Piarco airport handovers are arranged around your actual flight arrival or departure time, not the office's opening hours. Evening, Saturday-afternoon and Sunday handovers can be arranged at the airport, subject to availability. Office hours apply to the office and general enquiries, not airport handovers; the exact time is confirmed in writing when your booking is arranged. The meeting point, waiting time, flight-delay handling and airport fees are confirmed with your quote.
